Energy performance is an engineering outcome, not a policy commitment. We model and measure building energy use to identify where losses occur and what it costs to address them — with numbers, not estimates.

Our work covers statutory requirements such as energy declarations, through to detailed investment cases for building owners making capital decisions on efficiency upgrades.

We have no relationship with the vendor, contractor or broker. Our role is to provide independent, evidence-based technical judgement.

Technical installation projects fail most often at the interface between design and construction. We manage that gap — covering scope definition, contractor coordination, cost control and commissioning verification.

We work as owner's technical representative or lead coordinator, depending on project structure. Either way, one person carries the technical accountability throughout.
