Every project we take on follows the same four-step framework. Not because it is easy, but because it is the only way to deliver results that hold up under scrutiny.
Every engagement begins with a rigorous assessment of the building, its systems and the actual challenge. We do not assume. We do not rely on what previous consultants have written. We look at the data ourselves — energy consumption records, system documentation, on-site observations — and form our own picture of where the problem lies and what it will take to solve it.
This phase ends with a clear written assessment: what we found, what it means, and what the options are.
Before any work begins, we agree in writing what will be delivered, what it will cost, and how success will be measured. Vague scopes produce vague results. We define measurable outcomes, realistic timelines and clear responsibilities — for us and for the client.
We will tell you if the project is not feasible or not worth doing. That is part of the service.
Engineering-led delivery with full transparency. We report what we find — not what is comfortable. If the contractor has made an error, we document it. If the design needs to change to reflect site conditions, we change it. Our obligation is to the outcome, not to any contractor or vendor relationship.
Clients receive regular written progress reports. Nothing is communicated verbally and forgotten.
Results are confirmed against the targets set in the Define phase. Performance is measured, not assumed. Where systems have been installed or upgraded, we verify that they operate as specified under real conditions — not just during the commissioning visit.
The engagement closes only when the numbers confirm the outcome.
Tell us what you are trying to solve. We will tell you honestly whether we can help and what it will take.
